Grade V200 Chain (Australian Standard)

Grade V200 Chain (Australian Standard) is heat treated alloy steel chain. This chain is primarily used as a sling component for overhead lifting, but can also be used in rigging and tie-down applications where a lighter weight, higher strength chain is desirable. The chain link is marked every 3 feet with TKC and V200 in order to identify manufacturer and grade. The chain is heat treated with Quenching and Tempering method. Grade V200 chain is tested proof load, bending deflection with Open Crosshead Computer Servo Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine and tested hardness with Digital Rockwell Type Hardness Tester. Lastly, chain is calibrated to the dimensional requirements for properly size. Grade V200 chain is manufactured to meet Australian Standard AS 2321 specification.
