Grade T-DT/DAT Chain (JIS-B 8812 Standard)

Grade T-DT/DAT Chain (Japanese Standard) is alloy steel chain. This chain is primarily used as a sling component for overhead lifting, but can also be used in rigging and tie-down applications where a lighter weight, higher strength chain is desirable. The chain link is marked every 3 feet with TKC and DT/DAT in order to identify manufacturer and grade. Carburizing is used afterward to increase the surface hardness of the chain. Grade T-DT/DAT chain is tested proof load, bending deflection with Open Crosshead Computer Servo Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine and tested hardness with Digital Rockwell Type Hardness Tester. Lastly, chain is calibrated to the dimensional requirements for properly size. Grade T-DT/DAT chain is manufactured to meet Japanese Standard JIS-B 8812 specification.
